What happens to Banana Republic rewards when you return? ›

If you return merchandise purchased with Reward Card(s), the dollar value of the Reward Card(s) allocated to item(s) returned will be converted to Reward Points and credited to your Account within the next two (2) billing cycles.

Rewards can only be used toward purchases of merchandise made in-store or online at Old Navy, Old Navy Outlet, Gap, Gap Factory store, Banana Republic, Banana Republic Factory store, or Athleta in the U.S. (including Puerto Rico).

Where can I use the card? You can use your card at any Gap Inc. store, or online, including Old Navy, Gap, Gap Factory store, Banana Republic, Banana Republic Factory store or Athleta. Unfortunately, Intermix, Janie and Jack, and Weddington Way stores do not accept private label credit cards at this time.

Go to the account login page at gap.com, bananarepublic.com, oldnavy.com, or athleta.com. Input your valid email address and select "I forgot my password." Select "email password." An email will be sent to your inbox with a temporary password and instructions on how to reset your password.

Any rewards you've earned—whether cash back, points or miles—are generally deducted from your rewards balance as soon as the return is posted to your account. Returns are usually processed within a few business days but can take longer, depending on the credit card company and merchant.

Returns and exchanges are free when you use a prepaid return shipping label/QR Code (online purchases only), or when you return in store. MERCHANDISE DISCOUNT

We offer 50% off regular-priced merchandise at Gap, Banana Republic, Athleta and Old Navy, 30% off at Outlet and 10% off markdowns for all employees and their spouses or domestic partners.

If, on the other hand, you have the Banana Republic Store Card, its use will be restricted to U.S.-based Banana Republic, Gap, Old Navy, and Athleta stores, along with their corresponding online stores.

For Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, and Athleta items, you can return merchandise purchased online to the appropriate store. For example, if you bought an item on Gap.com, you can return it to a Gap retail store, but not to an Old Navy store.

What credit score is needed for a Old Navy Credit Card? ›

You need a credit score of 700+ to get the Old Navy Credit Card. This means at least good credit is required for approval. On the other hand, you'll need a score of 640+ (fair credit) to have a decent chance of being approved for the Old Navy Store Card.

Credit Card across Gap Inc. brands? A: Yes, you can still use your Gap Good Rewards Credit Card, Athleta Rewards Credit Card, Navyist Rewards Credit Card, and Banana Republic Rewards Credit Card at Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, Athleta, Gap Factory and Banana Republic Factory.

The card's annual fee is $0. It won't earn you traditional cash back, and it's not ideal for carrying a balance. But if you're bonkers for Banana Republic, its co-branded card has some appeal, if you can avoid slip-ups.

Rewards Program Members must convert unused Online earned Cash Coupon(s) to points within 30 days of the last day to redeem your Online earned Cash Coupon.
